Strength and Balance Class

This program is for people over the age of 55 or wanting to improve their balance and reduce their risk of falls. These classes are run out of Gungahlin and City clinic.

Beat-It Diabetes Program

The Beat-It Diabetes program is a group-based exercise program organised by Diabetes NSW/ACT and is delivered by our Accredited Exercise Physiologists. Lunch Time Class

This lunchtime class is the perfect way to break up your day and complete a mix of aerobic, resistance and flexibility training targeted to your individual needs. Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists will be able to provide you with a detailed program to support your needs and will be there every step of the way throughout the class.

Time: Tuesday 12:30pm-1pm

Move with Women Program

This program is specifically targeted for women who are looking for guidance on being able to increase their physical activity levels or seeking new ideas on how exercise can be incorporated into their daily lives.

Private Diabetes Exercise Class

This group class is for clients living with diabetes who want to participate in exercise for ongoing diabetes management.

Supervised Exercise Physiology Class

These small group classes (up to 4 participants) are based on current evidence-based exercise targeted towards assisting you to enhance your health and lifestyle. Based on your specific goals, our Accredited Exercise Physiologists will be able to provide you with a specific exercise program to complete in a small group setting.
