After completing his Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Canberra in 2021, Jarrad went on to complete his master’s in clinical Exercise Physiology from Charles Stuart University. Jarrad is passionate about helping those with a wide variety of conditions achieve their goals through the use of exercise and help foster positive change in people’s lives. Through many years of playing sports several years as a performance analyst with the Canberra Raiders, he has strong interest in musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation. Jarrad is well motivated by working with all chronic conditions, as well as those with cancer management considerations.

Jarrad has experience working with neurological, oncology and cardiometabolic clients and is committed to ongoing development in order to provide the best care possible for his clients. Jarrad is an accredited strength and conditioning coach, as well as being a qualified sports trainer. He looks to incorporate all of his knowledge into working with his clients and within the community where he provides rehabilitation services for a local AFL team.

Jarrad grew up on a small property in Yass and subsequently loves all things outdoors and being around his friends and family. In his spare time, Jarrad enjoys watching baseball and basketball while he remains physically active by playing AFL, cricket and golf at a competitive standard. With a particular interest in running, Jarrad’s goal is to complete a full marathon after previously completed several half marathons.
