Lauren Riddell


Lauren graduated with a Bachelor of Medical Science from the University of Canberra in 2013 and went on to work in biochemistry at the Canberra Fertility Clinic for 2 years. She then went on to graduate with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Canberra in 2017 during which time she also worked at the Canberra Sleep Clinic.

Since then, Lauren has completed professional development in the fields of musculoskeletal dry needling and Women’s health and incontinence. With her background in fertility biochemistry, Lauren’s special interests are based around women’s health; including incontinence, prolapse, pre and postnatal care and birth trauma.  Follow this link to see what a typical women’s health physiotherapy assessment involves.

In her spare time Lauren enjoys baking sweet treats and sewing.
