Riley was born in Canberra and completed his Bachelor of Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation at the University of Canberra. He is currently completing his Master’s of Strength and Conditioning at UC as well. Riley believes in an active rehabilitation approach where the use of exercise and being physically active can assist in improving strength and general health and wellbeing. He has an interest in sporting injury rehabilitation as well as paediatric strength development and promoting healthy habits across the lifespan.
Riley has been in the fitness and health industry for 5 years, where he has previous experience as the head coach at a group fitness studio while completing his undergraduate study. Riley has experience with neurological, musculoskeletal and cardiopulmonary clients and has completed work as a sports trainer. Riley has a keen interest in ongoing education and personal growth as he establishes himself as an Exercise Physiologist.
Outside of the clinic, Riley enjoys spending time with his friends and family. He enjoys watching sports, particularly basketball, soccer, and rugby league. He enjoys outdoor running, surfing and staying active through different forms of exercise.
