Sharon graduated with a Masters of Nutrition and Dietetics in 2019 from the University of Canberra and since then has been working in aged care and private practice for the past 12 months.

Sharon believes that wellness is so much more than simply eating good food, but food is an excellent starting point. She grew up in country NSW and loves a chat and focuses on getting to know you and your personal goals, needs, likes and dislikes, support networks and lifestyle in order to create a food and lifestyle approach that suits YOU.

She has a special interest in women’s health, particularly around hormone imbalances and fertility. However, Sharon has experience working with a wide range of people from aged care through to children (including fussy eating, intolerances)
