Originally from Sydney, Miriam is a Nutritionist with over a decade of experience working in health. Her passion for health and well-being started as a toddler, with early aspirations to become a doctor or medical researcher.

Miriam has worked in medical research, completing her Masters thesis in postnatal depression, diet and exercise and is currently completing a Diploma in Sports Nutrition run by the International Olympic Committee.

Taking an evidence based approach, Miriam treats every client as an individual whether it be fuelling your sport, your injury recovery, your family or your every day.

In her spare time, Miriam is a mother of two and spends any spare time she has mountain biking or skiing – and sometimes racing.
